The lift truck is equipped with
an electronic traction and lifting system with microprocessor
logic. A regenerative electric braking system when the travel
pedals are released and high frequency operation with Mosfet
technology are also available. By using a microprocessor logic
unit, a control system has been obtained to monitor all lift truck
operations.
By using the “Maintenance
Check Control” standard device, the outcome of various truck
condition checks can be viewed from on-board the truck. The system
is also equipped with a control system to monitor the battery
charge/discharge levels with the possibility of activating a
lifting lock when the battery is *0% discharged.
The truck is equipped with
multi-disc oil bath brakes to reduce the required
maintenance.
The mast wide visibility
prevents human errors during load handling. The choice of producing wide sections, together
with an accurate control of the clearance between bearing and mast,
will ensure high rigidity and stability for the mast unit. Large
diameter bearings on sliding sections ensure high shock absorbance
and consequently, excellent reliability even in the most demanding
working conditions.
The independent monobloc
cab ensures acoustic and thermal insulation. The cab is secured
to the frame with 4 rubber "Silent Block" shock absorbers which
reduce noise and vibrations. The overhead guard is pre-set to
be fitted with glass panelling, which can be supplied either upon
request as original equipment or even later on.
The battery group is
positioned in the rear part of the lift truck and can be easily
removed as it is fully independent from the operator's seat.
The battery is placed in two easily extractable boxes to prevent
any time waste due to battery replacement when the lift truck is
employed for double work shifts.
Two compartments (on the left
and right side of the lift truck - respectively) contain the
electronic system, the lifting motor and the hydraulic power
steering motor. The compartments are easily extractable and can be
pulled out on sliding roll guides to make scheduled maintenance
operations easier.
